ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Office Manager with the Scott Schoener Insurance Agency, you'll equip our agency to continually achieve its goals. You'll empower our agency by implementing and supporting office policies and consistently ensuring the execution of advantageous customer experiences. By working alongside the agent and other team members, you'll create smooth operations to actualize the opportunities offered to people by insurance products and financial services. At least five years of marketing and sales experience is required along with a proven track record in the insurance industry. Customer service is paramount with the office manager needing to lead by example.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

By working alongside the agent and other team members, you'll create smooth operations to actualize the opportunities offered to people by insurance products and financial services. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Ensure the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- At least five years of marketing experience required
- At least five years of managing customer service required
- At least five years of sales experience required
- Bilingual in Spanish (must be able to read, write and speak)
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Able to work in and manage a team environment
- Experience in Windows computer applications
- Able to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals
- Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Currently possess a Property and Casualty License
- Currently possess a Life and Health License
- At least an undergraduate degree (4 year) from an accredited university

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
